We are currently accepting orders for stock and custom bags, either in person in the shop, or via email. To ensure everyone's safety, if you come into the shop please keep a distance of 6 feet from others, and wear a mask! DO NOT COME IN IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK
We are not currently doing one off custom bags, such as bags that are not adapted from our standard bags.
Our items are typically shipped out within 1-5 business days of receiving your order. We ship all of our orders priority mail through the US postal Service with insurance and delivery confirmation. Within the continental United Sates, shipping is free for orders over $150 and typically takes approximately 3-5 business days. We will send you the tracking information when it ships!
We gladly ship internationally with International Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation. Due to each country's differing import policies, we cannot take responsibility for additional taxes or custom fees incurred. Please check with your local customs office for more information about these fees.

We love our products, and we want to be certain that you do too! We've made these bags to last a long time.
Stock products in "like new"/never used condition can be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. Black Star Bags employees retain the sole right to determine if a bag meets "like new" condition. If Black Star Bags employee determines that the bag does not meet "like new" condition, the original sale will be considered final. All returns will be charged a $15 restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In the event that the package is not received, or lost in transit, Black Star Bags cannot take responsibility.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on bargain bags, or custom-designed products, such as items with custom selected colors or added graphics and appliques.
Our bags are built to be waterproof and to with withstand rough treatment. In the event that you want to clean them up, here are a few pointers:
- Spot clean the outer Cordura and inner vinyl with damp cloth and mild soap
- No bleach, only mild detergent
- Hand wash cold only, if needed machine wash cold in mesh laundry bag
- Lay flat to dry- DO NOT TUMBLE DRY
Caution! Don't leave your bag unattended any place where it might get stolen.
Repairs and Warranty
We guarantee all of our products against manufacturing defects. If you have found a problem or defect with your purchase, we will be happy to repair or replace your item at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover damages due to improper use or general wear and tear. If a bag needs repair after prolonged use or an accident, we will repair the bag for a reasonable fee.
We do currently accept some repairs on bags that are not our own brand, on a case by case basis. You can bring your bag down to the shop and we can take a look at it and give you more information in person. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR BAG BEFORE BRINGING IT IN FOR REPAIR OR ALTERATION
We are not a cleaning service. Bags that haven't been cleaned before brought in for repair or alteration will be charged a $50 cleaning fee
